Moving Thunderbird to New Computer from old disk drive

This is a method I discovered to move a Thunderbird profile to a new Windows 7 computer from XP or other.

1. Install Thunderbird on new computer
2. Copy all data in profile to computer with new profile created on new computer during Thunderbird install
--in XP it's  C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles)
--in Vista and Win 7 it's C:\users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\
3. Run MozBackup to backup Thunderbird - Save the backup
4. Delete all the data in the profile you just backed up on your new computer (since it is all backed up AND since you still have a copy on the old drive you will be safe if something were to flub up).
5. Run MozBackup to restore profile to Thunderbird
6. Open Thunderbird and you should see all your accounts and emails
